Wexford Dental - Terms of Service

1. Program Description Wexford Dental (the "Practice") offers a mobile messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups, and dental health updates) from Wexford Dental at the cell phone number used when signing up.


2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on user interaction and appointment status.


3. User Opt-Out You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to our phone number to cancel. You will receive one additional text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.


4. Help If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@wexdental.ca.


5. Rates Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.


6. Privacy All data obtained through the SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
